So they sent us a new DVR receiver since ours was a POS, and when I went to call and register it to my account, they were updating their system. So now I our tv won't work for the next few hours, until their updating is finished and they can access my account.
What freaking morons.

I also hate Direct TV, how can they brag about having the best "customer satisfaction"?. When their contract is up, Dish is going on this house, wish I never would have switched from them to Direct.
