Last year we purchased one of those 'easy set' pools, for the back yard. I hate that pool. It never got warm, The second we tried to add the starter chemicals (the box told us to do it!) the damn pool turned green, and never got clean until the END OF SUMMER!
So we took it down, I was kicking it the whole time, and vowing never to put up that pool again.
well here we are, summer again, and my husband wants to swim in the pool! I tell him 'Fine! but I'm not touching it.' Since I was out there at 6 am every day last year, trying to figure out how to clean it.
He agrees to my deal, but somehow...that night...I'm outside cleaning the pool to put it back up again. How the hell did this happen? So the last week I've been outside trying to clean the pool (we didn't store it well, because I hated it.) and last night I finally put water in it.
We're going out to buy a bigger pump, since the one for 800 gallons really didn't do any good. so maybe a 1500 one will. But I'm still dreading having to put in the chemicals. If it turns green, you are all going to hear my screams.
